The Adore Me Scholarshipis open to women who are high school graduates or college student who are already accepted or enrolled in an accredited four-year undergraduate institution in the U.S. Applicant must be enrolled in a business program or plan to major in a business course of study.
The Association for Women Geoscientists, through the support of our Foundation and esteemed donors, provides several awards and scholarships to deserving women across the globe. AWG and their associated chapters have added twenty new awards for both students and professionals that range from $250 to $2000! Most recently, AWG developed the AWG Professional Excellence Awards, which go to women who throughout their careers have made distinguished contributions.
The Be the Boss Scholarship is open to female high school and college students who want to start their own online business. Applicant must share all the reasons they are scared to start their business and who their female boss role model is. The Cecilia Moy Yep Scholarship Fund was established in 1994 by the Asian American Women’s Coalition to recognize female Asian American high school students who have made a positive and lasting impact on our local community through their service and leadership. The scholarship will help finance post-high school education. Multiple scholarships are awarded each year in varying amounts.
The Center for Women In Technology (CWIT)at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) is a merit-based scholarship program for talented undergraduates majoring in computer science, information systems, business technology administration (with a technical focus), computer engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical/biochemical/environmental engineering, or a related program at UMBC.
The Dr. Arnita Young Boswell Scholarshipis open to female African-American graduating high school seniors with at least a 2.75 GPA. Applicant must be involved in school and community activities and must have completed at least 200 hours of documented community service.
The Engineer Girl Essay Contest is open to girls in middle/high school. Write an essay about how engineering might change our lives in the next 50 years.
The Harriet Fitzgerald Scholarship is open to highly motivated female graduating high school seniors who have a desire to attend a women’s college in the United States. Applicant must have at least a 3.7 GPA. There is no citizenship requirement, but student must plan on attending a college in the U.S.
The Scholarships4mom.net Scholarship is open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled, or will be enrolled within the next three months, in a college or university in the United States. Applicant must be a mother or an expectant mother.
TheSociety of Women Engineers Scholarship Programprovides financial assistance to women studying community college, baccalaureate or graduate programs, in preparation for careers in engineering, engineering technology and computer science.
Toptal Scholarships for Womenare open to individuals who consistently live and identify as women, age 16 and older. Applicant is looking for women who are passionate about making some meaningful change for a community or cause they care about.
Women Techmakers Scholarswill each receive $10,000 USD (for students in the US) or $5,000 CAD (for students in Canada) for the following academic year. A group of undergraduate and graduate students will be chosen from the applicant pool, and scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate's impact on diversity, demonstrated leadership and academic background. The program is open to qualified students who meet the criteria and we strongly encourage people who identify as female to apply. All scholarship recipients will be invited to attend the annual Google Scholars' Retreat in Mountain View, California in 2019 to connect with fellow scholars, network with Googlers and participate in a number of development workshops.
The Women in Transportation Scholarship Foundationawards scholarships to women who are pursuing careers in transportation through undergraduate and graduate programs. The scholarships are competitive and based on the applicant's specific transportation goals, academic record and transportation-related activities or job skills. Minority candidates are encouraged to apply. Local Chapters may have additional requirements (such as personal interviews or higher GPA). Please contact your local WTS chapter for more information. All applications are submitted through a chapter.
Zonta International established the Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarship. Zonta International offers up to 32 scholarships of US $2,000 each at the district/region level and six international scholarships in the amount of US $8,000 each. Women of any age, pursuing an accredited business or business-related program who demonstrate outstanding potential in the field, are eligible and encouraged to apply.
